If it’s not possible to do in-person sessions, virtual sessions are a great option & offer more flexibility for scheduling. I use the zoom platform. At the time of your session, you will log-on & we will proceed therapy not unlike an in-person meeting. I recommend you try to create privacy for your sessions.

Not at this time. However, I can provide a superbill for reimbursement through your out-of-network benefits with your insurance. Some insurance plans cover as much as 80% of fees.

Initially, I generally recommend we meet weekly, but as you progress, we can adjust the frequency to bi-weekly or monthly sessions, depending on your needs.
